Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we will assist you with a prompt credit or exchange.
- Any return request after the RA period will not be accepted. Return period is 2 weeks from the date you receive the merchandise. Call tags will be issued for damaged goods within a 2 week period. After the call tag is received, you must ship the damaged items back to us within 3 business days. If the damaged item is not sent back within 3 business days, we will charge a 10% late fee. We honor returns due to fit issues within the RA period; However, We do not issue call tags, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied. Any items returned without the RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to the shipper.
